Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative for the peak season. You will assist customers with online orders, answer questions about products, promotions, shipping and returns, and deliver a first-class shopping experience from home.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving, and comfort navigating multiple systems; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential. Training provided and a weekend day requirement.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
• Ability to think on feet and remain calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
