Job summary

Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Seasonal Remote Customer Support Representative to assist customers with online orders, shipping questions, returns, and product inquiries from home.

You will handle multiple systems, deliver friendly, patient service, and help ensure a positive experience during the holiday season. Must reside near High Point, NC and be available 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, including one weekend day and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service/retail/call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with online orders and account inquiries.
• Help customers navigate the company website.
• Provide information on products, promotions, shipping, and returns.
