This is more than just answering phones—you'll be helping customers with online orders, product questions, promotions, returns, and creating a first-class shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with online orders and website navigation
• Answer questions regarding products, promotions, orders, shipping, and returns

Schedule Requirements

• Must live within one hour of High Point, NC
• Must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Required to work one weekend day each week (Saturday or Sunday)
• Holiday Availability Required
• Thanksgiving Day
• Black Friday
• Christmas Eve
• New Year's Day

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $16.50 per hour
