Qualifications

• Experience with high-end customers and ownership of problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with ownership and warmth.
• Resolve customer concerns and fulfillment challenges promptly and professionally.
• Navigate multiple web-based tools and update CRM with accurate interactions.
