Responsibilities

• Drive sales pipeline growth through personalized outbound outreach to multiple stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to qualify, nurture, and convert leads; provide feedback on lead quality.
• Maintain consistent, multi-channel prospect engagement (phone, email, social) with accurate Salesforce records.
• Develop product expertise and participate in sales planning and regional meetings.
• West Coast region support; travel up to 10%.
