Responsibilities

• Drive sales pipeline growth through personalized outbound outreach to multiple stakeholders in prospect and customer accounts, in close partnership with field sales.
• Achieve or exceed targets for qualified appointments, forecasted deals, and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to qualify, nurture, and convert leads while feeding feedback on lead quality and customer needs.
• Maintain multi-channel prospect engagement (phone, email, social) and keep detailed records in Salesforce.
• Develop product expertise, participate in sales planning and regional meetings, and identify process improvements to improve demand generation.
