Responsibilities

• Grow sales pipeline through multi-channel outbound outreach to multiple stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts, in close partnership with field sales.
• Meet or exceed targets for qualified appointments, forecasted deals, and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to qualify, nurture, and convert leads while providing ongoing feedback on lead quality and customer needs.
• Maintain consistent, multi-channel prospect engagement (phone, email, social), keeping accurate and detailed records in Salesforce.
