Job summary

DuPont Personal Protection Tyvek Garments is seeking a Sales Development Representative, primarily remote with a Western US focus. You will identify and qualify potential clients, conduct outbound outreach, and partner with the field sales team to grow pipeline and hit targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales, strong written and verbal communication, initiative, and the ability to use Salesforce. Travel up to 10% and collaboration with marketing are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Self-starter with drive to grow top-line revenue.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales pipeline growth through personalized outbound outreach to multiple stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts, in close partnership with field sales.
• Achieve or exceed targets for qualified appointments, forecasted deals, and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to qualify, nurture, and convert leads while providing ongoing feedback on lead quality and customer needs.
• Maintain consistent, multi-channel prospect engagement (phone, email, social), keeping accurate and detailed records in Salesforce.
• Develop product expertise, participate in sales planning and regional meetings, and continuously identify process improvements to enhance demand generation effectiveness.
