Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to drive growth for social media management and content creation services. You will own the front-end sales cycle from cold outreach to booked qualified appointments, interfacing with potential clients and the client teams.

In this fully remote role, you’ll build a robust pipeline and aim for consistent discovery calls, while maintaining meticulous records in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales or outreach role for social media management or content-creation agencies.
• Ability to communicate the value of digital content and social strategy to business owners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated hunter with track record of meeting daily outreach KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline.
• Schedule 2-3 qualified discovery calls per day with decision-makers.
• Qualify potential clients based on budget, interest, and needs for social media management or content services.
• Manage leads through the funnel to achieve 1-2 closed deals per week.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead status in the CRM.
