Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I to join our remote US team. You will drive top-of-funnel activity through targeted outbound campaigns, book sales-ready meetings for Account Executives, and learn EvenUp’s product to articulate its value to potential clients across multiple US markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experience generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp's qualification criteria.
• Understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp solves their problems.
• Identify growth areas and develop outbound strategies to capture them.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to create compelling first impressions for new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists.
• Maintain accurate client data within HubSpot.
