Job summary

Ministry Brands is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. We are a leading provider of SaaS management systems, payments platforms, and engagement tools for faith-based, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations.

The role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and setting meetings for Account Executives. Remote options in the Southeast provide flexibility and growth opportunities in the early sales funnel.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of telemarketing or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Ability to successfully hit at least 18 SAO (Sales Accepted Opportunities) per month.
• Ability to work in a general office environment.
• Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline by building interest with new prospects and clients through outbound research and activities including email, phone, and social media.
• Set meetings for sales team for product demonstrations with interested prospects (inbound and self-sourced).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to initiate the sales cycle with targeted demand generation campaigns.
• Utilize dialer tools and commit to daily dialing activities (approx. 2 hours).
• Contribute to forecasting, reporting, CRM data integrity and communications throughout the sales cycle.
• Respond to inbound leads and log all activities in CRM.
