demandDrive, LLC is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to lead and scale high-performing SDR teams across the EMEA region. This client-facing, hands-on role requires strong outbound sales development expertise, English fluency, and cultural awareness of European business practices.

You will partner with client success and marketing to design programs and drive pipeline while operating in a fully remote, Europe-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field requested.
• Proven experience leading SDR teams in tech or SaaS across multiple EMEA markets.
• Experience with remote or multi-country SDR operations.
• Strong CRM proficiency with reporting/dashboards in SFDC, HubSpot or similar.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor SDRs to achieve KPIs and pipeline targets across EMEA.
• Build and optimize SDR programs, playbooks, and outbound sequences.
• Design outreach strategies considering European market nuances.
• Deliver regular client reporting and insights to stakeholders.
