Job summary

Payoneer is seeking an SDR Team Leader to steer a high-velocity outbound engine across EMEA, leading 8 SDRs partnered with BDMs. You will drive pipeline velocity, set targets, and ensure disciplined qualification to scale revenue-generation prospecting.

You’ll report to the Head of Sales EMEA and shape messaging, campaigns, and onboarding. This role requires hands-on leadership, analytics, and a passion for coaching and continuous improvement in a fast-growth fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales development (SDR, BDR, or similar outbound role).
• 2+ years managing / leading an SDR or sales team (minimum 3 direct reports).
• Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or payments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of SDRs in country-based pods; set weekly/monthly targets; coach on messaging and objection handling.
• Own target account selection and plan multi-touch campaigns that convert to qualified meetings.
• Measure SDR KPIs, identify under/performers, and optimize plays through testing and iteration.
• Define prospecting workflows, tools, scripts, and align with Sales Leadership on targeting and forecasting.
