Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales development (SDR/BDR or outbound role).
• 2+ years leading an SDR or sales team (min 3 direct reports).
• Proven success in EMEA markets (UK/EU/UAE/MEA preferred).
• Experience with fintech, B2B SaaS or payments is preferred.
• Fluency with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
• High proficiency with AI-powered tools to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop SDRs across country-based pods with BDM pairings.
• Set prospecting targets and coach messaging, positioning and objections.
• Own target accounts and multi-touch campaigns; drive qualified meetings.
• Define workflows, scripts, CRM usage, onboarding and coaching.
