We offer base salary plus commission with Year 1 On Target Earnings estimated at $67,000. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. No prior dental experience is needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and texts.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby's products, services, and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership in a virtual environment.
