Darby Dental Supply, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives. This fully remote, entry‑level position offers base salary plus commission with first‑year on‑target earnings estimated at $67,000.

No dental or healthcare experience required; comprehensive training provided. Responsibilities include prospecting, engaging decision‑makers, qualifying prospects, presenting products, and building a sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience acceptable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and texts to practices not currently Darby customers.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby's products, services, and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Overcome objections and persistently follow up with prospects.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership in a virtual environment.
• Other duties to drive vision and values.
