Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts via outbound calls/emails/texts.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby's products, services, and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Overcome objections and follow up with prospects.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership in a virtual environment.
