You will receive training, a base salary plus commission, and a first-year on-target earnings estimate around $67,000 while working from a home office nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional phone presence.
• Ability to work remotely with a dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts via outbound calls, emails, and text outreach.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby's products, services and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
