Darby Dental Supply, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDR). This fully remote, Monday - Friday, entry-level position is designed for ambitious professionals who want to break into healthcare sales, develop valuable business skills, and build a long-term sales career.

The role offers a base salary plus commission and is focused on prospecting and opening new customer accounts through outbound sales activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and text outreach to practices not currently Darby customers.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Demonstrate the ability to overcome sales objections and follow up persistently with prospects.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and team members in a virtual environment.
