Darby Dental Supply LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fully remote, Monday–Friday team. You will prospect, open new accounts, and qualify leads to generate first orders while building a robust CRM-driven pipeline.

Entry-level role with paid training and opportunities to advance in healthcare sales. Requires a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred. State residency restrictions apply; strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional phone presence.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting to open new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and text outreach to practices not currently Darby customers.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby’s products, services, and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals; participate in ongoing training.
• Collaborate with sales leadership in a virtual environment.
