Darby Dental Supply, LLC. is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fully remote, Monday - Friday role designed to launch a career in healthcare sales. You will prospect, open new customer accounts, and build a sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, a professional phone presence, and the ability to work independently from home. Training is provided, with base pay plus commission and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts via outbound calls, emails, and text outreach to practices not currently Darby customers.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Overcome sales objections and follow up persistently with prospects.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership in a virtual environment.
