Job summary

GlassHouse is seeking an energetic outbound SDR/BDR to help drive demand generation for our growing SaaS business. You will qualify inbound leads and route them to booked demos while collaborating with marketing and sales to convert opportunities.

You will also perform outbound outreach across calls, LinkedIn, and email, targeting high-value prospects and supporting the AEs to accelerate the sales cycle. This hands-on role offers growth in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound SDR/BDR focused work in a SaaS business.
• Proven ability to generate and route inbound/outbound leads to booked demos.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a track record of concise ideas.

Responsibilities

• Support growing inbound and outbound demand generation for new revenue growth.
• Qualify and route inbound leads; partner with marketing to convert to demos for senior AEs.
• Execute outbound lead generation with AEs and marketing; target high-value leads.
• Mix of cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and email follow-ups to schedule meetings.
