Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm is looking for its first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead outbound efforts in its HR Advisory division. This role offers the chance to build an outbound strategy while working closely with the founder to achieve $1.2M in Year 1 ARR.

You will engage with clinical executives and foster relationships while being rewarded with equity opportunities. This is a unique startup environment aimed at making a significant impact in behavioral health and HHS consulting.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years in B2B outbound sales, ideally in HR consulting or healthcare services.
• Comfortable engaging clinical executives genuinely.
• Experience in startup settings or willingness to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Build the outbound playbook for HR Advisory clients.
• Send a significant volume of cold outreach emails and LinkedIn requests.
• Qualify leads and book Discovery Calls for founders.
• Iterate outreach tactics based on documented results.
