Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in services or hospitality staffing.
• Experience in a startup or early-stage environment.
• Comfortable building systems and processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Build the outbound playbook for hospitality property accounts.
• Run 40-60 cold emails per day into hotel GMs and Directors.
• Qualify replies and book Discovery Calls on the founder's calendar.
