Virtualite is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to generate interest and qualify prospective leads. In this fully remote role, you will engage potential clients through calls and emails, maintain data in CRM tools, and meet outreach goals. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset. Competenze

• Experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong phone presence and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up.

• Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
