Job summary

In this fully remote role, you will engage potential clients through calls and emails, maintain data in CRM tools, and meet outreach goals. Qualifications

• Experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong phone presence and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up.
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable in a remote work environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in sales.
• Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
• Qualify leads by identifying needs, challenges, and decision‑making authority.
• Schedule discovery calls and consultations for senior sales team members.
• Maintain accurate activity, lead status, and pipeline data in CRM tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals.
• Collaborate closely with sales and onboarding teams to support conversions.
