Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Sales Development Representative to start immediately in a remote, part-time role aligned with a 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM PST schedule. You will make outbound calls, engage leads across channels, and manage prospects in the CRM to drive sign-ups and book qualified meetings.

We offer USD 1,500 per month, paid training, performance incentives, and an inclusive, supportive team. Must have prior sales development or lead-gen experience, strong English communication, and comfort

• Experience in sales development or lead generation.
• Outbound prospecting and lead engagement experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads.
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Engage with leads across multiple channels and platforms.
• Prospect for new leads and identify potential customers.
• Manage and organize leads within the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to drive sign-ups or book qualified meetings.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.
• Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Track prospect engagement and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with the internal team regarding lead activity and outreach.
