Job summary

Össur is seeking an Empower Sales Development Representative to grow the early-stage EmpowerX pipeline in the US market. You will identify target accounts, conduct consultative discovery, and hand off to the Business Solutions Manager after qualification.

This role is remote-eligible in select states, with accountability for the assigned early-stage pipeline and quarterly forecast. Strong CRM, communication, and collaboration skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced healthcare tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3–5 years in consultative business development, healthcare technology sales, SaaS, medical sales, or complex inside sales.
• Experience identifying target accounts, generating new leads, and managing an early-stage pipeline.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze the assigned market and prioritize high-potential accounts.
• Generate new leads through research, outbound prospecting, referrals, conferences, and digital channels.
• Develop and adjust account-specific prospecting strategies and outreach plans.
• Own and manage a portfolio of EmpowerX accounts and early-stage pipeline.
• Collaborate with Business Solutions Managers, Area Managers, Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
• Meet goals for qualified demonstrations and pipeline development.
