Job summary

Össur in the United States is seeking an Empower Sales Development Representative to independently develop and manage an early-stage EmpowerX pipeline within an assigned market. You will identify target accounts, craft prospecting strategies, and lead consultative discovery to determine opportunity value for the Empower sales team.

After qualification, you will hand off to the Business Solutions Manager for demonstrations and later stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in consultative business development or healthcare/ SaaS sales.
• Proven ability to identify target accounts and build early-stage pipelines.
• Experience conducting discovery with multiple stakeholder types and decisions.
• Ability to use CRM data to prioritize work and adjust sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market to identify and prioritize accounts with strongest EmpowerX potential.
• Generate new leads via research, prospecting, networks, referrals, events, and digital channels.
• Develop account-specific prospecting methods and outreach plans.
• Own a portfolio of accounts with pipeline priorities and early-stage forecasting.
• Lead discovery conversations and assess operational and financial needs.
• Provide complete handoffs to the Business Solutions Manager with context.
