Job summary

Össur is seeking an Empower Sales Development Representative to independently develop and manage early-stage EmpowerX opportunities in the US. You will analyze markets, target accounts, and craft account-specific prospecting plans, delivering qualified demonstrations to empower the sales team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in consultative or SaaS/medical sales, and strong CRM and communication skills. Remote-eligible within US states, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify target accounts and build early-stage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze assigned market and identify priority accounts.

• Coordinate with marketing, product, and leadership; maintain CRM records.
