RoadRunner Recycling Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing, remote-first sales team in the United States. You will drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives in a high-volume environment.

Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary, a $6,000 uncapped annual commission, and a $4,000 performance bonus. This role offers 100% remote work within the U.S. and a structured training program.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 1+ years of direct sales experience.
• Experience in effective lead generation and prospecting.
• Experience in high-volume outbound sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high-potential leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Articulate the value of RoadRunner’s solutions to prospective customers.
