Job summary

LeapXpert is hiring a Sales Development Manager to build, run, and scale our outbound engine. You will lead a global SDR team, own the playbook end to end, and leverage AI as a force multiplier across targeting, messaging, sequencing, tooling, and reporting.

You should have 5+ years in sales development, with hands-on experience building B2B outbound motions and a track record of coaching early-career SDRs into high performers. This is a remote, full-time role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales development, with at least 2 years leading SDRs/BDRs.
• Built and scaled B2B outbound motions.
• Experience using AI to enhance prospecting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the outbound motion with ICP definition and multi-channel sequences.
• Scale outreach with AI, manage AI assets and experiments.
• Activate dormant contacts and manage lead routing and data hygiene.
• Develop, coach, and ramp SDRs; track weekly activity and outcomes.
• Own SDR reporting and present to leadership.
