LeapXpert is hiring an SDR for the Americas to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting. This AI-first outbound team leverages AI agents and workflows to reach the right stakeholders in enterprise accounts.

You’ll report to the Sales Development Manager and have a defined path toward Account Executive roles. The role is full-time and remote in the United States; you’ll collaborate with a global team to accelerate growth in Governed Communication Intelligence.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years in a B2B SaaS sales development or inside sales role.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or workflows and sharing them with others.
• Genuine curiosity about how AI works and ability to discuss its strengths and weaknesses.
• Strong technical aptitude; comfortable with APIs, integrations, or spreadsheets.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; track record of meeting targets.

Aufgaben

• Research and prioritize target accounts and personas within the ICP.
• Execute multi-channel outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn) to book qualified meetings.
• Develop AI agents, prompts, and automated research/workflows to improve outreach.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to find signals, personalize outreach, and keep data clean.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and hand off warm opportunities with documentation.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity, meetings, and pipeline targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and participate in reviews and workshops to improve the team.
