Toptal is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth on the Staffing team. You’ll identify opportunities with target clients, generate new business, and support both customers and the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years of Enterprise SDR experience.
• Knowledgeable about business challenges across Staffing verticals.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Sell and drive opportunities through cold outreach and lead qualification.
• Lead client conversations and set up qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Build rapport with Enterprise and SMB prospects to understand needs and opportunities.
