Toptal is a global network of top talent in business, design, and technology. As an SDR on our Staffing team, you will drive growth by identifying opportunities with target clients, generating new business, and nurturing relationships to secure qualified meetings for the sales team.

This is a remote position in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US and resumes must be in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years as an Enterprise SDR in Staffing or related verticals.
• Solid understanding of staffing challenges across major industries.

Responsibilities

• Understand current and future demand and support the sales force.
• Lead client conversations and set exploratory questions to understand needs.
• Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads from unsigned accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to schedule qualified meetings and maintain communication.
