Job summary

Riivet is seeking an early SDR to drive outbound outreach to restoration company owners. You will research accounts, craft tailored messages, and reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn to book qualified demos for the founding team.

You will own the outbound process, keep CRM clean, and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of B2B outbound experience, strong conversational skills, clear writing, and a self-directed work style.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound B2B SDR/BDR experience.
• Comfort with phone conversations and real conversations.
• Clear, concise writing and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and build a point of view before outreach.
• Execute outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and book demos with owners/operators.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
• Share field insights with product, sales, and marketing.
