Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound activity across industrial and manufacturing accounts from a remote location in the United States. You will engage plant managers and reliability leaders, qualify opportunities, and hand off meetings to the Account Executive team.

This is an early-stage opportunity with input shaping the sales playbook. You’ll grow with a lean team, have a clear path to an AE seat within about a year, and build a scalable US sales motion

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting outbound targets.
• Experience in lean, early-stage environments.
• Ability to rapidly learn new tools and adapt processes.

Responsibilities

• Prospect industrial accounts via cold calling and email sequencing.
• Build outbound cadences using sales tools and CRM.
• Qualify inbound/outbound interest and hand off meetings to AE.
• Help shape the sales playbook as you go.
• Represent the company at trade shows and plant visits.
