Job summary

HUD is seeking a Sales Development Representative to persuade businesses and individuals to list data on HUD. You will spend most days making calls, sending emails, and following up to turn conversations into complete listings that meet buyer needs.

You will work with a small commercial team; strong English, persistence, and organized note-taking are essential. Prior telesales or recruitment experience helps, and AI/data knowledge is optional but valued.

Qualifications

• Clear spoken and written English; initiate conversations by phone.
• Persistence through rejection while staying professional.
• Organized notes and clear next steps.
• Familiarity with everyday sales tools and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Work through prospect lists, find contacts, and make cold calls and send relevant emails and LinkedIn messages every day.
• Explain how listing on HUD works and why it may be valuable to the provider, answer common questions and handle objections.
• Follow up consistently and guide interested providers through sign-up and listing submission.
• Collect the information needed for a complete listing and help providers when they get stuck.
• Keep contact records and next steps current, and meet agreed daily outreach targets and weekly targets for complete listings that match buyer needs.
