Job summary

Columbus Sverige is seeking a Sales Development Representative – Data and AI, based in the United States, to cultivate opportunities and build the sales pipeline. You will source and enrich your target list, reach trigger events, and run cadences to turn cold names into meetings.

You will work with marketing, sales executives and subject matter experts to focus on net new business, lead qualification, and nurturing, with heavy phone activity and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as SDR/BDR in B2B tech or professional services.
• Knowledge of lead data and CRM systems; build relationships over phone and email.
• Ability to show results: reply rates, meetings booked, quota history.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and qualify sales opportunities and handoff to account executive.
• Execute a structured 14-day cadence across target prospects.
• Personalize first-touch outreach from trigger events.
• Log data in HubSpot; report weekly on activity and outcomes.
• Participate in training and Columbus marketing events.
