Job summary

Columbus is seeking a Sales Development Representative – Data and AI to build net new pipeline by sourcing accounts and enriching target lists using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn. The SDR will execute multi-touch cadences, qualify opportunities, and partner with Account Executives to convert engagements into meetings from a remote location in the United States.

The role emphasizes heavy phone-based outreach, collaboration with marketing, and ongoing product knowledge development in Data & AI

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an SDR/BDR in B2B tech or professional services.
• Knowledge of technology products and services; CRM systems experience.
• Ability to show results: reply rates, meetings booked, quota history.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and tech savviness.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and qualify sales opportunities by gathering prospect information and ensuring a smooth handoff to an account executive.
• Execute a structured 14-day cadence across assigned prospects and leads.
• Personalize first touch outreach from trigger events (acquisitions, leadership changes, expansions, ERP milestones).
• Collaborate with sales and practice leaders to identify target companies and ensure smooth information flow.
