This is a remote role requiring experience in high-ticket appointment setting or real estate lead generation. The position offers a 100% commission structure with potential earnings of $6,000 to $15,000 per month and promotes upward mobility to closers based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-ticket appointment setting, outbound prospecting, or real estate lead generation.
• Track record of hitting call, booking, and pipeline KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Cold call, DM, and email commercial real estate operators.
• Qualify leads based on deal size and capital need.
• Secure booked meetings for senior closers.
• Track metrics and conversions in CRM.
