Real Estate Photographer Pro is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our fast-growing, remote sales team. If you’re passionate about people, disciplined, and motivated by performance-based pay, this could be for you. We work with warm leads and offer room for growth within a results-driven culture.

You will handle warm outbound contacts, book triage calls, and coordinate with closers. Compensation is commission-only via 1099, with typical monthly earnings between $3,000 and $5,000+,

Responsabilidades

• Calling and texting warm leads; no cold outreach.
• Book triage calls with qualified leads (B2C and B2B).
• Conduct triage Zoom calls and schedule 5–15 bookings daily.
• Qualify leads during triage and route to closers for fits.
• Manage follow-ups and lead tracking in CRM via phone, SMS, Zoom.
• Collaborate with a team of Setters to improve performance.
