Job summary

Reindeer is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to fuel growth in the US market. You will own the top of the funnel, engaging inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach across Mid Market and Enterprise accounts, while working with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and build repeatable processes.

As an early member of our go-to-market team, you’ll directly influence pipeline, gain exposure to senior leadership, and help shape our sales culture in a fast-moving AI startup.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B Enterprise sales or business development experience a must
• 2+ year of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience a must
• Comfortable speaking with new people and confident initiating conversations
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving startup environment
• Proactive and resilient. You don’t wait to be told what to do
• Growth-minded with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Able to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-management skills

Responsibilities

• Research Mid Market and B2B Enterprise accounts and key decision-makers to uncover needs and pain points
• Build a qualified pipeline through cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling
• Execute targeted outreach strategies tailored to Enterprise stakeholders and complex org structures
• Run discovery calls to assess fit, intent, and readiness to buy
• Book qualified meetings for AEs with strong context and smooth handoffs
• Meet or exceed activity goals, KPIs, and pipeline targets consistently
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and outreach strategy
• Stay up to date on customer trends, pain points, and Reindeer AI’s product
