Millennium Systems International is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join Meevo’s remote sales team. You will generate and qualify leads for salons, spas, and med spas, collaborating with an Account Executive to drive pipeline and meetings.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and maintaining a rigorous outreach cadence in a fast-paced, remote environment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with 2+ years in B2B or inside sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of B2B or inside sales experience.
• Experience in wellness/salon space is a strong plus.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce/Outreach or similar.
• Self-starter in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Account Executive to align on target markets and outreach strategies.
• Generate and qualify leads, creating SALs and SQLs via calls, email, and personalized messages.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to salons, spas, and MedSpas (80% of activity).
• Convert inbound inquiries into discovery calls or product demos (20%).
• Maintain a high outreach cadence and meet targets for lead gen and meetings.
• Stay informed on industry trends and Meevo competitors to position the product effectively.
• Participate in training and 1:1s to improve skills and product knowledge.
