Job summary

Cloudelligent is a remote-friendly cloud solutions provider seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and drive AWS adoption. You will work with the sales team to engage leads, qualify prospects, and set up next steps.

Reporting to the CRO, you will use Pipedrive to track activity, maintain data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT sales experience with outbound prospecting.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong written and spoken communication for technical concepts.
• Experience building and managing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with AWS or cloud services is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Pipedrive.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound campaigns to prospect and generate new business.
• Qualify MQLs via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, turning them into opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and follow up.
• Articulate Cloudelligent's value and AWS solutions to customers.
• Build relationships with AWS contacts and internal stakeholders.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly quotas and outbound targets.
• Capture and manage leads in Pipedrive with clean data.
• Engage prospects who showed interest but did not convert for future opportunities.
