Job summary

RediRecruit, LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a fully remote role within the United States. You will own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting, engage senior decision-makers, and generate qualified meetings in a fast-growing AI/logistics startup.

Responsibilities include multichannel outreach (calls, LinkedIn, emails), researching target accounts, and collaborating with the sales team to convert prospects into opportunities. Competitive base + OTE with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years SDR/BDR experience in a Seed–Series B B2B technology startup.
• Pure outbound, top-of-funnel BD experience, not full-cycle closing.
• Strong cold calling skills with success booking meetings with decision-makers.
• Experience prospecting into C-suite executives and operations leaders.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume, multichannel outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity targets.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting and qualified meeting generation.
• Identify and engage CEOs, COOs, VPs of Operations, and other C-suite executives.
• Execute high-volume, multichannel outreach through calls, LinkedIn and personalized emails.
• Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Track outreach performance, conversion rates and meetings booked.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified prospects into opportunities.
