Job summary

Dakota Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the outbound pipeline at a B2B SaaS company. This is a fully remote role open to candidates in NY, CT, FL, IL, KS, MI, NC, NJ, OH, PA, TN, TX, OR, CA, LA, WA, WY.

You will operate an AI-driven outbound system, review drafts, approve messaging, and book discovery meetings, with a Growth Path toward a GTM Engineer role.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or early-career SDR with ability to learn automation and AI tools.
• Proven ability to work independently, set goals, and execute.
• Prior experience with CRM software management is preferred.
• Comfort with automation and AI tools daily, not just CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated drafts and call tracks; approve, edit, or override.
• Cold call high-priority prospects identified by the system.
• Book discovery meetings for Account Executives (8+ per month).
• Manage Apollo sequences and adjust targeting and messaging.
