Qualifications

• 1–4 years SDR/BDR experience in a B2B tech startup.
• Pure outbound, top-of-funnel BD experience required.
• Strong cold calling with ability to reach decision-makers.
• Experience prospecting into C-suite and operations leaders.
• Experience with high-volume, multichannel outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting and qualified meetings.
• Identify and engage CEOs, COOs, VPs of Operations and other C-suite leaders.
• Execute high-volume outreach via calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
• Research target accounts and build a steady pipeline of opportunities.
• Track outreach performance and meetings booked; improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales to convert prospects into opportunities.
