The role emphasizes phone-based outreach to new and existing customers, with a clear path into direct sales upon successful completion.

The position offers a remote-work option within the US or on-site at the Neenah, WI campus, standard business hours, and a compensation package with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and phone sales skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learner of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing customers by phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting.
• Promote from Sales Academy into a direct sales role after program completion.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm CDT schedule, with no nights or weekends.
• Work remotely in the US or onsite at the Neenah, WI campus as available.
