Job summary

SV Academy partners with a fast-growing Boston-based B2B SaaS company to launch careers as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). No experience required; 2 weeks of free live training, a 90-day paid residency at $2,500 per month plus commissions, and a path to a full-time role with base plus OTE.

As an SDR you will contact prospects, qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, and develop skills in messaging and objection handling.

Qualifications

• No traditional sales background required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in tech sales.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Spark interest and clearly communicate the value of the product.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify real opportunities.
• Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
• Track activity and performance using CRM tools.
• Continuously sharpen your skills in messaging, objection handling, and sales strategy.
