Job summary

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics is hiring a Screening Sales Specialist to drive growth of Cologuard in medical practices across the assigned geography. This field-based role focuses on expanding customer relationships and educating clinicians about CRC screening.

You will analyze market trends, build account plans, leverage CRM tools, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing and SA to improve patient outcomes. Travel up to 75% in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or 4 years relevant experience.
• 2+ years of sales or account management experience; healthcare setting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems to identify opportunities for improved patient outcomes.
• Analyze treatment journeys to identify account opportunities and improve clinical decision making.
• Build a network of relationships within accounts and capture CRM data (POC, calls, market intel).
• Synthesize data to guide account potential and opportunities with the Market team.
• Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility and sales growth.
• Lead end-to-end engagement with customers to address needs alongside internal stakeholders.
